How will I get my ticket?

You will receive an E-MAIL receipt letter within 48 hours of making your reservation. This e-mail will contain your boarding number and other important information. Print this receipt letter and bring it with you on Saturday, May 1 to the boat.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation you will forfeit 100% of the amount you paid. You may, however, transfer (with no penalty) your reservation to another person 18 or older. You just need to contact our office with the updated information.

Getting to Pier 83

...Take subway train A, C or E to Port Authority, or

...Take subway train 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, N or R to Times Square, or

...Take subway train B, D, F or Q to 5th Avenue and 42nd Street, or

...Take subway train 4, 5 or 6 to Grand Central Station

...Walk West on 42nd Street to 12th Avenue or transfer to Bus M42 or M50 Westbound to the 42nd Street Pier

Important Times

6:00PM - 6:30PM - Arrive at Pier 83 to collect your ticket

6:45PM - Start Boarding Boat

7:15PM - Boat Departs Pier 83

10:15PM - Boat Returns to Pier 83
